HD&P Inc., fiber optics manufacturer, will show a variety of different modules which can merge
all necessary signals for live show at KOBA 2021 in Seoul, Korea on May 11-13, 2021.
HD&P Inc. demonstrates the 3rd generation of CFOS series, CFOS 7+, which provides solutions to transform ENG camera system
to EFP camera system via SMPTE hybrid fiber optical cable. CFOS is a leader of fiber optic system for Korean broadcasting
and the new generation provides high quality of all signals of 4K / HD-SDI video, remote control data, tally, genlock and analog audio
for intercom over 10km. As HD&P Inc. designs and develops all products on its own factory, all products are customized to meet each customer’s needs.
With the high compatibility, the users can simply use the system with their own cameras and the other devices. By using CFOS series,
many cameras such as Sony, Panasonic, Hitach, Blackmagic or etc can be used together.
A base station has a maximum of 4 channels to be mounted in 2RU and each channel supports a seperate camera.
With a pluggable slot, the users can easily add up the channels(card) or take them out, if necessary.
Additonally, four SDI outputs, one return video output, and remote contol port make easier to combine and use other devices like monitor, switcher, intercom and etc.
A camera adaptor is to support the transmission along with DC power from base station, which makes the system properly work.
Also, there is a trunk port, which can be taken as a spare optical port for additional optical device to be connected and used around the camera spot for any different usages.
